I purchased a VIP Upgrade for the European Run. Does that Also Include a Ticket to the Concert?
No, a VIP Upgrades, purchased directly on granted.co, for Lil Yachty’s European run does not include a ticket to the concert. Each upgrade purchased must also purchase a ticket to the concert separately from the venue in order to attend.
When will I receive my VIP Package?
After you have placed your order for the VIP Package of your choosing, you will receive a confirmation email from your point of purchase. You will not receive a separate ticket specifically for the VIP experience; your name will be on the VIP List.
Please check your order receipt for your concert ticket delivery method, as that is separate. It is most likely a mobile ticket or held at will call.
On the day of the event, you will check in by showing your photo ID to match the name on file with your order and your ticket to the show.
The VIP details will be sent to the email address provided at checkout a few days before the event.
When does Meet & Greet check-in begin?
Typically, Meet & Greet check-in will occur 1 hour to 90 minutes before general door time. Generally, the door time will be between 6 & 7:00pm (check with your point of purchase to be sure).
Please note check-in times vary per show. The full check-in details will be sent to the email address provided at purchase a few days before the event from Granted, who will be hosting the VIP Experience. Be aware that the Meet & Greet could take place BEFORE OR AFTER the concert. Granted will communicate all finalized timing details with you closer to your show date.

When does Early Entry check-in begin?
Typically, early entry will occur 30 minutes to an hour before general door time. Generally, the door time will be between 6 & 7:00pm (check with your point of purchase to be sure). Please note check-in times vary per show. The full check-in details will be sent to the email address provided at purchase a few days before the event from Granted, who will be hosting the VIP Experience.

When do I have the Opportunity to Early Merch Shop?
Optional early merch shopping will be available to you inside of the venue. If you purchased the M&G package then our VIP Rep. will direct you to where to early merch shop when you enter the venue early. If you purchased the early entry package, you will also have the opportunity to participate in early merch shopping when you enter before the general public.
What are the logistical details of my VIP Experience?
You will most likely need to arrive an hour or two before the doors open to the general public near the main entrance of the venue to participate in the VIP experience hosted by Granted. You will present your photo identification to match the name on file with your VIP purchase in order to check in with the Granted VIP Representative and receive your VIP laminate.
If you purchased a Meet & Greet Package, you’ll arrive earlier than the Early Early group and be handed your VIP Laminate during check-in. Our VIP Rep. will then escort you to the M&G. Following the M&G, you’ll enter the venue to get your place on the floor and/or participate in early entry.

When will I receive the VIP details?
Once you have completed your purchase, you will receive an order confirmation to the email address provided at purchase. Please be sure to check your spam folder in case the message gets filed there. A few days before the event, you will receive the full VIP details to the email address provided at checkout. This email will include information on the check-in time, location, and what to expect. If you have any questions leading up to the event, please reach out to support@granted.co
What happens if I'm late?
If you arrive later than the communicated arrival time, you will not be able to participate in the early entry. Please arrive as close to the suggested arrival time as possible to ensure you are on time. If you arrive after VIP arrival time and miss the Meet & Greet (if applicable) and/or Early Entry, you can pick up your VIP laminate at the meeting location communicated until one hour after door time. No unclaimed VIP Laminates will be shipped.
I purchased a Meet & Greet Package. How long will the Meet & Greet take place?
The Meet & Greet will include an exclusive photo opportunity. The M&G should be approximately a few minutes, but the exact amount of time will vary per show and is dependent on timing.
Who will take my photo during the M&G?
For convenience, your photo will be taken with a professional camera. All photos will be uploaded to https://tinyurl.com/LilYachtyVIP 3 to 7 days after the show.
How many photos with Lil Yachty will be taken during the M&G?
One single photograph will be taken due to timing constraints.
Can I have an autograph?
Yes, autographs are allowed. However, if you bring items such as posters, vinyl, etc. - you should reach out to the venue directly to ensure security is okay with allowing the item into the venue.
Can I bring Lil Yachty a gift?
Due to limited space while traveling, no gifts will be allowed.
Does my package include a VIP laminate?
Yes, you will receive a laminate at check-in.
Will there be any food or drink available?
Food and drink is not included with your package. Note that the venue's concession stands will likely not be open prior to the general public doors opening.
Is there a lounge included?
A lounge inside of the venue is not included with your purchase.
Will each member of my party be required to purchase a Meet & Greet Package in order to attend the M&G?
Yes, each Meet & Greet Package allows access for one person. If you'd like for your entire party to attend the M&G, then you will have to make sure you purchase a Meet & Greet Package for and a concert ticket separately purchased for each individual.
I purchased an Early Entry Package. Can I upgrade to a Meet & Greet Package?
No, we are unable to swap or refund any of the VIP Packages. You may contact your point of purchase to make this request, but it is unlikely that they will be able to accommodate as all sales are final.
What if I can’t find my confirmation email?
Please contact your point of purchase, and they can assist with re-sending your receipt to you.
Can I change the name on my order?
The name on the VIP list will be the name provided during checkout. If you purchased the VIP package for a friend, they would be able to check-in under your name by bringing a copy of the purchaser’s ID and a note explaining that the package was purchased for the new attendee.
Can I cancel my order?
No, all purchases are final and cannot be canceled or refunded, as noted at the time of purchase. Please contact your point of purchase for more details.
Can I purchase additional VIP Packages?
Yes! You can CLICK HERE to purchase additional VIP upgrade packages if available, as there is a limited supply.
