Please note: The VIP Meet & Greet Package and VIP First on Floor Package includes a General Admission ticket that will be picked upon your arrival for the VIP Experience. The VIP Meet & Greet UPGRADE Package does NOT include a ticket to the show. All fans MUST purchase their ticket to the show separately to attend the VIP Experience.
What does my VIP Package include?
There are two separate packages. Please check your confirmation receipt to confirm the package you purchased:

**First on Floor package DOES NOT include a Meet & Greet or Photo Op.
When will I receive my VIP Package concert ticket?
Please check your order receipt for your concert tickets delivery method. It is most likely a mobile ticket or held at will call. On the day of the event, you will check in by showing your photo ID to match the name on file with your order and your ticket to the show.
The VIP details will be sent to the email address provided at checkout a few days before the event.
When does check-in for the VIP experience begin?
Typically VIP experiences will occur anywhere from 1-2 hours before general doors time. Please note check-in times vary per show.
The full check-in details will be sent to the email address provided at purchase a few days before the event from Granted, who will be hosting the VIP Experience.
What are the logistical details of my VIP Experience?
You will need to arrive around 1 to 2 hours* before the doors open to the general public at the main entrance of the venue to participate in the Meet & Greet (if purchased). Granted will be hosting the VIP experience. Granted's VIP Concierge at the venue will mark your attendance, direct you to our table to pickup your VIP Merchandise package, plus hand you your VIP laminate.
Once we get the OK from the tour, guests with the Meet & Greet package will be escorted inside the venue. If you purchased the VIP Meet & Greet Package, you will pickup your GA ticket at the venue's Will Call booth.
Please note that all ticket holders must follow the health & safety measures outlined by the venue. Check the venue's website for more details.
Once the M&G is completed, we will escort you to enter the GA floor before the general public.
Granted will communicate all finalized timing details with you closer to your show date.

When will I receive the VIP details?
Once you have completed your upgrade purchase, you will receive an order confirmation to the email address provided at purchase. Please be sure to check your spam folder in case the message gets filed there.
A few days before the event, you will receive the full VIP details to the email address provided at checkout. This email will include information on the check-in time, location, and what to expect. If you have any questions leading up to the event, please reach out to support@granted.co
What happens if I'm late?
If you arrive later than the communicated arrival time, you may not be able to participate in the Meet & Greet. Please arrive as close to the suggest arrival time as possible to ensure you are on time. Also, the VIP items included with your package (such as the VIP Merch Package) may be picked up at our VIP booth up to 1 hour after general door time.
If I can't make it, can you ship me my VIP items?
No; we cannot ship unclaimed VIP items.
How long will the Meet & Greet take place?
The Meet & Greet will include an exclusive photo opportunity. The M&G should be approximately a few minutes, but the exact amount of time will vary per show and is dependent on timing.
Who will take my photo during the M&G?
For convenience, your photo will be taken with your personal smartphone by our VIP Concierge.
Can I have an autograph?
No autographs will be permitted at management's request due to timing constraints.
Will there be any food or drink available?
Food and drink is not included with your package. Note that the venue's concession stands will likely not be open prior to the general public doors opening.
Is there a lounge included?
A lounge inside of the venue is not included with your package.
Do I need to have a parent with me to attend the VIP experience?
The VIP experience will follow the age restrictions that are set by the venue. Please be sure to check the venue’s event page for the most up-to-date age restrictions. Note that guests who did not purchase a VIP Package, will not be granted early entry into the venue.
Will each member of my party be required to purchase a Meet & Greet Package in order to attend the M&G?
Yes, each Meet & Greet Package allows access for one person. If you'd like for your entire party to attend the M&G, then you will have to make sure you purchase a Meet & Greet Package for each individual.
Can I change the name on my order?
The name on the VIP list will be the name provided during checkout. If you purchased the VIP package for a friend, they would be able to check-in under your name by bringing a copy of the purchaser’s ID and a note explaining that the package was purchased for the new attendee.
Can I cancel my order?
No, all upgrade purchases are final and cannot be canceled, as noted at the time of purchase.
Can I purchase additional VIP Packages?
Yes! You can CLICK HERE to purchase additional packages if available, as there is a limited supply.
