Where do I find my account credit balance?
Log in to your Granted account by using the “Log In” button on the top right-hand side of our site. Once logged in, click on the green person icon next to your name and navigate to “My Account.” Next, go to the “Granted Rewards” tab to view your account credit balance.
Where do I find my referral link?
Log in to your Granted account by using the “Log In” button on the top right-hand side of our site. Once logged in, click on the green person icon next to your name and navigate to “My Account.” Next, go to the “Granted Rewards” tab to view your account credit balance. If you haven’t verified your phone number yet, you’ll be asked to do so. Afterwards, you’ll see your personal referral link and can begin inviting family and friends!
How do I use my account credit?
Your account credit will be available for you to use at checkout.
Can my account credit be used on auctions and Granted exclusives?
At this time account credit is not usable for auctions or Granted exclusives. However you can still use account credit for any VIP tickets.
Can my account credit be used anywhere?
At this time, your credit is only available for use on Granted.co. Feel free to check back after we take over the (ticketing) world!
When do I get my credit for referring a friend?
You’ll see $20 additional credit added to your balance immediately after your friend completes their first purchase.
How much credit can I use per order?
You can use as much or as little credit as you’d like. If you have credit available, you’ll be able to enter the amount of credit you’d like to use at checkout.
Can I transfer my account credit to someone else?
At this time credit is non-transferable.
Can I combine my account credit with someone else?
At this you can’t combine credit with someone else.
Does my credit expire?
Your credit will NEVER expire.
