Please include your order number, the original purchaser's first and last name, and the name you want it changed to.
Once the new guests arrive at the venue, please make sure they have their ID, if possible, a photocopy of the original purchaser’s ID (it can be a photo on their phone), and their concert ticket. They will need to provide this to the VIP representative on site when they check in.
